Dear Holy Family Grade School community, 

My name is Alma Stone, the 2023-2024 3rd Grade teacher. This is my third year at Holy Family Grade School and I could not be more excited to be a part of this community. 

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I am a product of Catholic Schools from elementary through graduate school. I attended Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, CA where I received my B.A. in Liberal Studies with a minor in Religious Studies and my Maters of Secondary Education from Loyola Marymount University where I was a part of the PLACE Corps program which places you in under resourced Catholic Schools in the Los Angeles Archdiocese. I was at my school for 13 years. It was and continues to be a blessing in my life.

During my spare time, I am a big sports fan but I would have to say that my two favorites are the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Los Angeles Kings. I am blessed with a large extended family that truly means a lot to me and when we can spend time together it is always a favorite of mine.

It is a true blessing to be at Holy Family Grade School and I am excited to work with the Administration, Faculty, Staff, Parents and Students to have a successful and fun year.
