Mrs. Pamela Wardle

Dear Third Grade Families,

My name is Pamela Wardle and I am delighted to start my third year here at Holy Family Grade School. I am truly blessed to be a part of the Holy Family Grade School Community and to be serving you and your children.

I grew up attending St. Francis Cabrini School in San Jose from Kindergarten through 8th grade. I then completed my high school diploma at Notre Dame High School in San Jose. I attended California Lutheran University where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and double minored in Art and Business. It was through prayer and reflection that I realized my calling as a teacher and completed both my California Teaching Credential in 2015 as well as a Masters in Education in 2017.

Third Grade is a year of transition. Your students will be building on what they learned in 2nd grade, but will also be learning how to be academics. No longer are they learning to read, now they will be reading to learn. By the end of this school year, your student will be writing wizards ready to take on the challenges 4th grade presents them.

To my Third Grader Students: I am thrilled to meet each and every one of you. I know that you are all going to have fun and learn lots this year.

To the Third Grade Families: I look forward to working with you.  You are their primary educator, and I am here to support you and your child’s growth.  We, as one community, will build the faith and education of these children.  Communication is key in working as one community.  Please keep in contact via email at [email protected]

Holy Family Grade School’s theme for the 2020-2021 school year is OPTIMISM, which helps us find hope and confidence in our lives.

Thank you and I look forward to having a fantastic year with all of you.
