Miss Alexandra Isaac

Welcome 2nd Grade families!

My name is Miss Alexa Isaac and I am so excited to be your child’s 2nd grade teacher! I am a proud graduate of Holy Family Grade School so I am honored to be back, this time as a teacher. I graduated from Bishop Alemany High School, received my Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development from Mount Saint Mary’s University, and my Master’s Degree in Urban Education from Loyola Marymount University. Attending Catholic school throughout my entire educational career has given me a firm foundation in my faith, and I am excited to be sharing this with my students.

This is my fourth year teaching at Holy Family Grade School. My classroom teaching style is student-centered as I want to make sure each student reaches their individual goals, so we can move forward through the curriculum as a class. This is a year of growth in academic independence as they prepare for elementary school. In Second Grade, students are given the opportunity to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion, and I am blessed to be able to guide them in the journey of their faith.

Our class curriculum will include Religion, Math, Language Arts, Reading, Social Studies, and Science. They will also have Art, Music, PE, and Spanish, taught by the other wonderful teachers.

I look forward to partnering with you in your child’s education, and I am blessed to join you on this journey.

Please feel free to contact me at anytime through GradeLink, or through my email [email protected].

I look forward to meeting you all!

Best,

Mrs. Alexa Isaac-Soliman
